****PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THIS**** I like to turn orders around as quick as possible. To insure you get your digital files as quick as possible, simply add the info you want on the order form. If I have to email you, or message you, this will prolong the process when it can be done quickly. I will not call you to give me the info over the phone.

*We do not correspond via the phone - only through messages and email* I typically turn DIGITAL ITEMS around within 2 days, or sooner. UNLESS it is a custom design. I need typically a week to two to turn around custom designs.

I supply most of the information you need to know within the actual listing. If you have any questions or concerns about ordering digital invites, please use the "conversations" feature or "Contact" button to contact me.

Regarding digital invitations: It is good to think about where you will be printing and how much that will cost before deciding on a size. There can be a cost difference between sizes, just something to be aware of. It would also be good to know if you need an extra bleed or a particular format.

I have a NO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSE Policy. What this means is that I will not tolerate abusive behavior, spamming or disrespectful language in any way. I create my designs out of love and for my enjoyment. But, I am not tolerant of abusive behavior. If you become excessively abusive, unprofessional, demanding, use foul language and are disrespectful to me in any way, I will send your files and be done with your order. I will not refund an order after I have worked on a proof.

This is a pretty easy and straight forward process. I usually incur no issues, unless one is created out of thin air by simply not reading the listing that is being purchased or due to someone wanting to be difficult - which I will not tolerate.

Custom and personalized orders

These are digital invitations, so the price that is listed is for 1 digital file. I create the file and send it to you, and then you print as many as you need.

I do not create proofs before a purchase. You are paying for my time as well as my design.
After a proof is created, I will not refund because again, you are paying for my time as well as my designs. This is part of my policy. If you have any questions, I would advise you to read my policies before purchasing to have a full understanding.

I send a JPG and PDF. The JPG is in RGB mode, the PDF is in CMYK mode. Both files are 300 DPI. I design typically with a full bleed and .125" extra for trimming. No text within that area, but there will be art.
